Red Roof Inn Plus+ Williams - Grand Canyon

I took my family to Williams for the Polar Express, and we stayed at the Red Roof Inn. It's a typical small town motel withsuper clean and cozy enough rooms. We had a large group, and the check-in process was smooth. The front desk clerk was friendly and even took photos of us in our matching pajamas, a nice touch. Dinner at Miss Kitty's Steakhouse was decent and affordable. We did encounter an issue with a leaking bathroom in one room. The staff quickly switched us to another room, appreciated. It was a decent stay, but some rooms might need more maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

well, it was a perfect 10/10 stay as a main point of route 66 worth a visit.

Customer service stood out , with friendly staff like Whitney and Fidel going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms were reasonablyvery comfy and tidy, key for the group I traveled with. There were cleanliness issues, including leftover pet food and dirty towels that caught us off guard. A leak from the upstairs room also required a quick room change, indicating some maintenance needs.

Clean place & accommodating and incredibly nice staff. Good location at a short distance from Planes of Fame. Also - close to Williams, Grand Canyon, and a restaurant with early and late hours to have breakfast and dinner.

Hip new hotel, helpful staff, picturesque location close to Grand Canyon. Comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fridge and a writing desk. Plenty of good food at breakfast time. The easy check-in too.

The personnel was decent and hospitable.

I stayed for one night while traveling on a road trip. The room was basic and had coffee-making facilities and a fridge. I also enjoyed the cute atmosphere of the town, especially the neon lights.

The bathroom could use some updates, and I noticed the window was dirty. It was not an issue since I just needed a quick stop on my trip.

during my stay, I loved that I could easily walk to Wild West Junction, just a few steps away, and enjoyed the good atmosphere of Williams, vibrant with neon lights and friendly locals, making it a perfect spot for leisurely strolls through the city.

Spent 1 night and the customer service was on point! Whitney was super friendly during check-in. Fidel helped us with our TV. Housekeeping was cheerful in the morning, too. Just wish the pool looked a bit cleaner.
